Born in Miami. Raised in Toronto. Molded in Vancouver. Now in Edmonton.
Johnny Infamous is one of Edmonton's most sought-after DJs and public figures. Whether he's filling dance floors with his eclectic style of music mixing or hosting diverse events around the city; his passion for music, culture, and the community shines bright.
After moving from Vancouver to Edmonton, he made an immediate impact on the city's DJ scene by winning the Pioneer Mixmaster DJ Battle. Two months later he began his career in radio broadcasting, where he went on to be voted Edmonton's Best Late Night Radio Host in 2015/2016,
and Best Afternoon Drive Host 2018 in Vue Magazine.
In addition to founding Infamous Entertainment, one of the city's premier event companies, he also performed at Rogers Place as the Official DJ of the Edmonton Oilers from 2013-2021. During this time he was also Music Director for the 2020 NHL Stanley Cup Playoffs & World Junior Championship.
In 2022, he moved over to the CFL and signed on as the Official DJ of the Edmonton Elks.
He now serves as producer of Real Talk with Ryan Jespersen,
broadcasted from Relay Studios in downtown Edmonton, Alberta.
Johnny can also be heard intermittently on SONiC 102.9 FM,
bringing his unique DJ sound to radio specials.
